My Lazy Days

Mostly about the Kids and I

Sink in Snow

We haven't been out in the backyard for awhile and yesterday we went out because Popo had been wanting to take pictures with the kids in the snow. We didn't know how thick the snow had piled up. The first step out and WhoOpS! our boots just sinked in. It was pretty hard to walk. David had a great time 'swimming' in the snow.

Elizabeth is saying 'mama' now. She uses that to call me and also to ask for food. Her grunting is back unfortunately but it makes us laugh a lot. Maybe that's why she's doing that. She's gaining more weight, which is good, it's just my arms are hurting from holding her so much.
Having grandma around is great for the kids. They get more attention and I get to go out alone more. I left the kids at home a few times and that has made Liz even more clingy lately. She anticipates me leaving anytime I stand up or move. She just clings to my legs and wouldn't let go. It's very funny to see.
