Letchworth State Park

After an almost 3 hours long car ride, we finally arrived at Letchworth State Park yesterday afternoon. It was rainy and gloomy along the way but luckily it wasn't raining as much in the park. The view during the drive was spectacular on its own, so we thought the color change would have peaked in the park too. But it was not the case. Only a few parts of the park were golden and red, the rest was still pretty green. So hopefully by next week when David's grandpa comes, it'll be nice and red.

We loved the trip despite being a bit disappointed by the many green trees. David was snacking all the way there, got me all tired feeding him constantly. At least this year, he didn't have any massive poop in the car! Eww.. just thinking about it makes me feel yucky. He enjoyed it there, this time he could actually walk around and explore the place, play in the mud, pick up fallen leaves and all the messy stuff. He was pretty good at spotting cows, horses, sheep and train now. He would make the corresponding sounds too, so we knew what he saw. This time, we weren't too lazy to use the tripod, and thus more family pictures. We were getting pretty proficient at it too. One shot, that's all we need.
